Loblaw Companies Limited
At Loblaw Companies Limited (LCL), my current role, I worked on the President’s Choice Bank division, creating President’s Choice Money Account (PCMA) training, and Fraud & Dispute Service Agent (F/DSA) new hire training. This was all done as instructor-led training, and will be “enhanced” for blended learning, including elearning and microlearning.

Sun Life Financial
At Sun Life, I introduced Amazon Connect as their new Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) using microlearning and simulations, demonstrating expertise in Articulate Storyline and instructional design. This program was included in all onboarding programs for client-facing service positions.
2022 - 2023
Bell
At Bell, I designed and developed the BMT New Hire Onboarding; a successful remote blended onboarding program for their most lucrative service line, incorporating ILT, e-learning, and reinforcement activities. The BMT New Hire Onboarding Program was AODA compliant, well received and very successful; PTT dropped 13%!
2021 - 2022
Softchoice
Analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated a Leadership Excellence Program; defining characteristics that were essential for leaders and learning paths to facilitate their career growth. The learning strategy consisted of three phases: Emerging, Developing and Advancing. and included ILT, elearning and time-of-need microlearning.
